How to be your own boss??
In this practical training aimed at entrepreneurs we shared a tool we have created called "personal inventory" with which they can identify financial resources, contacts, experience and skills to launch projects, even with a small budget.
At the end of the training we were able to create business models and MVPs, as well as create a network of contacts among the attendees.
This training can be given to groups or projects that do not know how to improve their sales, launch a project or individuals who want to get started in the world of entrepreneurship.
