The Metropolitan Planning Institute IMEPLAN is a Decentralized Intermunicipal Public Organization that acts as the Metropolitan Coordination Body for the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area.
We design, coordinate and implement a strategy to analyze their areas of opportunity and create a comprehensive planning for the new administrative period.
We analyzed the perception of the work environment of nearly 80 members, created a talent and needs mapping and conducted annual and 2024-2030 planning including internal communication and continuous improvement strategies.
